Riverside residents and UCR students, faculty and staff can drop off unwanted bulky items, including furniture, refrigerators, mattresses and electronics at no cost. Household hazardous waste, such as antifreeze, batteries, oil and paint will not be accepted.
The event is taking place in UCR parking lot 24, on Canyon Crest Drive, between University and Linden avenues. It is sponsored by the city of Riverside, UCR and Keep Riverside Clean & Beautiful.
Participation is limited to city of Riverside residents and UCR students, faculty and staff. Those dropping off items must show proof of residency or campus affiliation.
