(May 24, 2011)

RIVERSIDE, Calif. (www.ucr.edu) -- Robert Nash Parker, co-director of the Presley Center for Crime and Justice Studies at the University of California, Riverside, is available for interviews about the U.S. Supreme Court Decision that ordered California to reduce its prison population by 30,000 inmates.
