RIVERSIDE, Calif. (www.ucr.edu) -- Chancellor Timothy P. White was one of four university chief executives elected to the National Collegiate Athletic Association Board of Directors, the NCAA recently announced. His four-year term began in April and expires in 2015.

The board is made up of 18 university presidents and chancellors from Division I schools and is second in authority only to the executive committee, which oversees the entire NCAA.
