Anand Ray, an assistant professor of entomology, was recently interviewed by NPR's Science Friday using the ISDN line at KUCR.
UC Riverside has just added an ISDN line, providing the clearest signal possible for radio reporters and producers to interview experts at the university.
The line, which allows the digital transmission of voice, video, data, provides better quality sound than a radio line. The ISDN line has been installed at KUCR, the campus radio station.
The line is available for live or taped interviews of UC Riverside experts. To view a keyword searchable list of experts at UC Riverside visit: http://mediasources.ucr.edu/.

UC Riverside also has a broadcast studio with a fiber cable to the AT&T Hollywood hub available for live or taped interviews.
